How animals help
Animals are great healers, they are great for many disabilities and illnesses.
From a very young age Matt had a dog not one that was trained to be his companion but helped him alot through out her life time of being everyones companion she lived to be 15 years old and was a great help to Matt and a great comfort, he missed her greatly when she passed away.
Bootsie was born a few days before Matt and we recieved her when she was just 6 weeks old and for 15 years they grew up together.
We adopted another dog Kara just after Matt started his seizure she was 3 months old and with no training she picked up on the seizures before they came and would worn me to let me know what was about to happen, although she was not trained and neither was I trained to understand what she wanted and it took a little while to figure it all out but was amazing everytime.
Animals help trained or not for so many things, for so many people...
Here is a awesome story of a little boy and his rescue dog.
Animals can help even if you can not have one of your own if you can go to a shelter or a rescue and help out you will never know the benifets you will receive till you go and spend some time there with them..
Animals are awesome.
