Equipment for epilepsy

There is just now more and.more equipment being developed for people with epilepsy but for the longest time there was nothing or not much at all and nothing to worn of a seizure happening and.even niw I believe it is only for grand mal seizures that they work for.

For the longest time there was only the medical alert jewelry that was available but that does not worn of a seizure only what to do if they have one or why they are having one.

Now there are other divices, like the smart watch which helps monitor the person wearing it and alerts family members when a seizure is happening. Yes there is a fee to purchase and yes there is a monthly fee to use service. Check out more on the Smart watch here

There is one that monitors your sleep or the person with epilepsy sleep called SAMi it takes video of the sleeping person and an alarm is set when there is unusual activity. Check out link here to learn more

There are more and more coming out all the time but it all takes time. I heard about a bed that is being worked on and of course some under matress devices that monitor activitys from other contries havent heard about them either here in Canada or the US. 

It is really good to see these things come out and I am.thinking about getting one for Matt if I knew for sure it would help him? Would he keep it on? Would it harm him when he has a grand mal and thrashes around sometimes hitting himself?
