Allergies yes it is that season
Although many of us get allergies and we understand or at least just deal with it, it isnt always that easy for Matt Medication doesnt work as well and the effects of the allergies seem at times (at least it seems to for Matt) to be deadly. Poor Matt he gets hay fever as many of us do but for him he doesnt always understand why he has to sneezze all the time and when you eyes are watering and burning you really dont know what to do about it.
So what do we do?
We give him helpful ideas go for a nap, wash your eyes regularly, carry kleenex and drink lots of water it will be over soon.
Although he doesnt always understand it all and feels upset, I do the best to remind him it will be over soon.
We still go have fun and take him to the lake for a nice walk out, or to the play ground and have some fun or even out for a treat and yes it is all over soon.
Dont stop having fun infact the more fun you have the easier it is to have what ever is going on with your body.
