All you have are your thoughts Make them good ones
All you have are your thoughts make them good ones.
I write a personal development blog called life shift now where I write about this alot and I really like to remind Matt and myself about this all the time.
After a seizure Matt goes through his focused angry stage I know this is just one of the side effects of a seizure but I really work on helping him remember that what he is thinking can create his thoughts from anger to happy so start thinking of what you are grateful for.
Yes after a seizure and due to his medication he has side effects of anger, frustration, saddness and yes depression.
When we focus on them, they become worse when however we focuse on the happy Matt they become less, not that we do not get anger or frustration or sadness it just isnt as frequent and does not last as long and when we get to the point of accepting what ever happens and focus on how we are reacting and becoming more responsable to our own reactions and what we are wanting in ever situation then it helps in every situation. It also shows Matt that he can as well be responsable although sometimes he does not realize he is being upset or angry and sometimes we have to explain it to him. So we talk him back into good thoughts.
People will do or say things you do not like but how you react to it say who you are instead think happier thoughts, allow your happy thoughts to take over your life and watch things change.
It is so much better to live in the happy moments remember them through the difficult times, live them in every moment of your life because these moments are worth living.
Choose happy thoughts and live every day <3
