As I was writing my blog called Selfishness vs Self love for my lifeshift now page Matt walked in and asked "is this about me", I asked "is what about you", "am I being selfish" he asked me. "On no this is not this is a blog I am writing about" I answer
Matt has began thinking something is wrong or going on or well actually I really do not know other then the questions he is asking makes me thing this way.
Before I started investing more time on myself, on my personal growth and self love I would start getting frustrated with all this, but now I look at it differently.
It is not all about you sometimes others are just having a moment and it actually has nothing to do with you, sometimes someone says something to you but no matter what they think or say has nothing to do with you, Why because it is theirs and it has nothing at all to do with you. You are perfectly you in everyway.

Yes sometimes Matt thinks is all about him and doesnt everyone? someone is talking about them, they cant please anyone, someone is angry with them and the list goes on and on and on.
Just step back a moment and realize it doesnt have to be about you at all and you are okay.
SO for the rest of the day I reasured Matt that he was okay and that everything was okay, life is really good.
Write gratitudes, be okay in the moments and have fun instead it just feels good.
