Just breath
Just breath
Week two or more of Matt just sitting around not wanting to do anything oh sure he tides up a little and will clean his room but most of the time he just sits and waits, waits for his next meal just sitting, sitting, sitting not wanting to read a book, not wanting to write anything, not wanting to play games, although one day he did create two paintings but then was right back to sitting and waiting.
Just breath momma
Every day, every hour or half hour sometimes every few minutes he says I will be just waiting for my .......... (what ever the next meal is) he see's the kids eat and forgets that he just ate or just wants to eat again and he gets upset because he thinks he is missing out.
Its okay just breath
He gets treats, snakes, and weight gain shakes and he still wants more and still chooses to feel left out, neglected and upset.
Just Breath
JUST BREATH
Change what you focus on momma turn it around.
I love when Matt reads a book, I love when Matt forgets about food or what everyone else is eating, I love when Matt is having so much fun with his life he forgets about food.
and I breath, I let go of all that I have no control of and I love, I fill me with love and I send it out freely.
Take time to breath and let go its is so important.
