Good thing for extended Medical

As I am picking Matts pills from the pharmacy that I go to I hear the lady behind the counter say "good thing for extended Medical" I look at her knowing she has no clue on our story, our situation and that she is just being polite and looking at one thing I can be grateful about and I agree with her yes it is a really good thing.

Although the amount of pills that it says to take on the bottle is way more then what he is at now and although the pills still help a little I think, I am glad that I dont have to pay for them any more, I am very grateful that they are paid for.

I do remember a time where I did have to pay for them out of my own pocket, I remember having to pay for all his medications when there was not extended medical and prescriptions were not paid for, I remember having to pay hundreds of dollars on pharmaceutical medication I never knew how I was going to but I always knew I had to, it is probably the most difficult thing to have to go through when you have a child with an illness How am I going to pay for it?

Yes Matt gets his pharmaceutical medication paid for and I am grateful, however I still have to pay for all the extras we try for him, his Cannabis oil, his extra diet food, his Vitamin D and everything else that we try so he can live the healthy life he deserves and I still think where will the money come from and how will I pay it but some how we manage and we continue up the fight to save his life.

Dont give up keep trying, keep going and you will get there.
