All you can do is think of them with love

Some days Matt can actually have clear conversations with me and last night he comes out of his room in a good mood and says I am thinking of my dad. I wonder where he is.

After a talking about how I havent heard from him in awhile and have no idea where he is I tell him all you can do bud is send him love. Feel the way you do right now and then just think of him and send your love his way.

Wish him well and then let go that is all we can do right now.

Sometimes it is difficult for Matt to understand why someone is not around and he really does miss them sometimes it comes out in anger and frustration and you wont even realize what it is about till he mentions their name and then sometimes he has a really good feeling about then and can share both times I tell him the same thing all you can do is send love. all you can so is think of them and send some love.

Forgive them and set them free with loving thoughts. It is good vibrations to them and feels so much better for you.

You are not the reason they are not there they are, you are not the reason they have not called, not shown up, not be a part of your life that is their choice and you need not sit around and wait for them just set them free with love and let them go.

Yes sometimes it maybe more difficult when it is a family member, a sibling, a parent, a child but you deserve way more, you deserve better. Matt deserves better and I tell him this everyday he is wanted, he is loved and appreciated.
