You cant go back

You cant go back so you might as well leave the past in the past.

This past few week's have been an interesting experience on this for me and Matt, especially for Matt. He has been stuck in thoughts of the past and people from the past and been very upset and sad. Trying to help over and over but nothing seemed to work. Stuck in his head and his emotions of abandonment, loss, unaccepted, and who knows what else.

We always continue to try to help, every day, still more and more he created his own misery Then he was reminded that he would not be able to go to his little sisters Birthday dinner if he didn't figure out how to be okay and create some happiness.

Being miserable at home is one thing taking it out to a birthday party is another. He didn't realize the importance right away in fact all through dinner he was miserable and at one time was even getting ready to through his juice on Mike.

Mike caught on fast and stop him.

To us that he was even at the point of thinking this was hilarious, I know many may think we shouldn't have been but if you have ever walked a day in our shoes, lived a day with all the different Matt's you might as well find this moments funny.

Mike placed his hand on the cup before it left the table, before Matt even had a chance to do the deed.

Although we laughed at it he was reminded that this is another reason he would not be able to go to the party, which meant none of us would be.

The next morning the morning if the party he was happy and yes stayed that way through the whole day and night didn't complain not even once.

We all had a great time celebrating Tegan his little sister on her Birthday and all had a great time.

The next morning he woke up and said to me." I am going to be staying with you guys", still waking up I say " Oh good" he then tells me "I am staying with you, not going to the past any more. I am staying with you and I am.going to just be happy." As he looks at the painting we did of a big smiley face that says just be happy.
