Fun in nature
We went on a nature walk it was a lovely time.
Winter is always an interesting time for us, we do not get a lot of sun up here in Canada, lots of rain or snow, clouds and short days.
This isnt good for Matt, he requires extra Vitimin D, sun lamp time and as much time outside as possable.
However he still has extra seizures, all different types and it is difficult to plan anything.
The morning of Clarissa Birthday March 7th Matt woke up with blood all over, I wrote about it here .
Even though he may have had a seizure the night before I decide that it would be a good day to go for a nature walk so we did.
Matt really seemed to enjoy himself although he was a little worried that he would fall when Mike wanted to go down by the water but with Mikes help he made it, every step of the way, step by step Mike guided him down as I walked down myself watching the little ones I could hear Mike say "just put your foot here Matt stay on the flat rocks, there you go, you got it."
I am so grateful for these moments my husband fills my heart with his kindness and love for our oldest son.
It was a great day and even though Matt's back hurt he still kept walking, kept up with us and hardly complained about it, he is a trooper.
Yes it was a really good day in nature.
