I am tired of being
So many times I have heard Matt say 'I am tired of being sick, ill, disabled, handy capped, etc" the list goes on and on actually and it isn't Matt it is many of us, myself included.
Just a few months ago I began feeling unwell, I began noticing signs and the more I noticed the more I began getting more and more and more. I began feeling unwell more and more, I began feeling in pain more and more and yes I began getting upset and tired of it.
I was wondering what was happening to me going all through my personal growth knowledge, wondering what am I doing, what am I holding on to, what is going on.
Finally I realized I am creating all of it, the more I focus on, the more I will see, yes I still needed to heal what I have created but I can do that with out over thinking what I have, I can stop guessing and begin loving my body for all it is doing to help me be the healthiest I can be.
I can affirm every that I am healthy, I can begin seeing the times I am healthy and allow my body to heal.
I remind Matt of this often, when he begins to start focusing on his seizure, I know the more he focuses the more he is likely to have one or more and the more he is telling this story the more it will come true, so I tell him "Matt, focus on a healthy body, focus on the life you do want, it is the same energy."
It doesn't always work, it doesn't always help and there are days where I hear all day long complaining about his seizures, complaining about what he has to go through, which in all fairness is a lot, so I work on getting him to work on gratitude, to go write them out or to write out the way he would like his life to be.
He usually can write a few gratitude's maybe three or four but doesn't write out how he would like his life to be an exercise for another day.
We all get to a place that we are tired of being at, but only you get to choose where that is and only you get to choose how to change it. Staying the same feeling sorry for yourself is a choice.
Choose you, the best you, choose to focus on how you want to live your life, on how you would like your life to be and begin working towards it.
You have a choice.
