Mmmm biscuits and gravy for dinner

Gluten free biscuits and gravy for dinner oh so yummy. 

Last night Mike made gluten free biscuits and grave and they were so good. 

Matt has not been able to havr food like this mostly because he was on low carb for many years.

Now more recipies are coming out with  as a substitute for many things thatvrequire flour, I havent tried any recipies yet but I am looking into them.

This recipie we used gluten free english muffens that we bought from the store and Mike made you all the gravey stuff, it was so good and so filling.
