All I want is love

It us human nature for us all we want is to belong to that special someone, all we want is to fall in love get married maybe even have some kids.

This has been Matt's thought lately, this has been on his mind, he focuses on him being alone, about him being lonely and focusing on things that are stressful are never good.

"I guess I will never be loved". He says to me as I am taking a moment to myself or working on doing that. 

"Matt you are always loved." I reply back to him.

" No, I mean from a girlfriend." He tells me.

I sign oh boy he we go I think to myself, breath Joan breath.

Although I am grateful he can hve full sentences with me, I am not okay that he is focusing so much on something he has no control over and stressing himself out.

The day continued pretty much like this, till I finally said you can do anything about it, in fact you cant do anything about anything except you.

Right now you aren't able to look after yourself let alone a girlfriend, maybe that could be your first goal, taking care of you, doing what you can remember to do, like clean your room, get clean clothes on every day, maybe begin by doing what you can go get to your next step.

He gets up and goes away from my room and begins cleaning his after he is done he calls me in to show me.

Maybe there is a goal we want to accomplish, no matter what it is we can get there step by step, but we cant get there by just giving up all together.

All you have to do is be the person you want to be no matter what, with or with out a girlfriend you get to choose you. So instead of thinking this is all I need to make me happen be happy first and then begin imagining what life will be like when this happens.

Nope I do not always get this Matt where he is able to listen, understand and follow through with more then.one thing at a time, but when I do it is always interesting.

Don't give up, believe it can happen, it is possible and always know you are loved.
