Sorry its not a good day.

Imagine someone wanting to come over to visit and you have to tell them sorry its not a good day.

Imagine having to miss birthdays, gatherings, events special occassions, holidays or even a date because its not a good day.

This holuday season has been a lot like that for us we havent well Matt and I havent been able to visit anyone other then our house hold and Tegan who came over.

We never know what kind of a day we will have with Matt until he wakes up and everyday can change in a moment.

I used to feel bad, I used to try to explain, I used to allow others over anyway and stress myself out but I do not any more.

Now I know that I need to do what is best for Matr, what is best for me.

Sorry its not a good day.

Make sure you do what is good for you, people will understand and if they dont then you dont need them you have enough to worry about.
